How To Use
Apply once a day (preferably at bed time) to clean, dry eyelashes &/or eyebrows. Apply a thin layer to the upper and lower lashes as you would a liquid eye liner. One dip is enough for both eyes (Do Not Re-dip the brush for the second eye) Allow to dry naturally & avoid rubbing the eyes.
For eyebrow application, apply to clean, dry eyebrows. Use as you would an eyebrow pencil. One dip is enough for both eyebrows.
